Head of Maintenance (m / w / d) - REF75100Q

We are looking for a committed and experienced manager for our maintenance department who can master challenging situations with technical knowhow and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the maintenance team monitor KPIs and ensure the implementation of standard company tools and methodologies
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance processes to ensure equipment reliability and prevent recurring breakdowns
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve the vision of zero breakdowns identify system gaps and coordinate pilot implementations of new technologies
• Prepare and manage yearly maintenance budgets ensuring accurate forecasts and adherence to financial plans
• Optimize spare part stock levels by regularly reviewing MRP settings and tracking warehouse performance to ensure efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company and local safety regulations and enforce Plant Safety Rules for all maintenance activities
• Manage relationships with external maintenance suppliers and develop local suppliers in collaboration with the purchasing department
