The Role :
As an Executive Compensation Analyst, you will become an integral part of the Data Operations team. The role entails helping deliver data and research on compensation systems of executives and management board members of listed companies in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include :
Assisting our analysts by closely inspecting publicly disclosed documents of listed companies.
Performing analyses about executive remuneration and pay practices for your assigned markets.
Complying with ISS methodology on pay for performance analysis and qualitative assessment of listed companies.
What you will bring to ISS
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and German.
A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
An interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection.
A good eye for detail.
Good command of Excel.
The ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
An organized and structured mind.
