Supplier Key Account Manager, Supply Chain

The Regional On The Road (OTR) manager will maximize the OTR operations and DA (Delivery Associate) experience by leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships. They will be the custodian of DSP (Delivery Service Partner) and DA experience at station level ensuring they achieved the highest standards around DA Engagement and create a win-win culture between Operations and the DSPs.

The Regional OTR manager will be required to define the medium-term OTR strategy whilst being able to lead and influence both internal and external stakeholders to align both Amazon Delivery Stations processes goals and strategys with DSPs. They will take the lead in OTR capacity planning and will be responsible for the OTR Ramp plans working closely with MEU region capacity team and the Business Coaches to ensure that DSPs achieve their pool numbers. They will need to identify risk early and put in place contingency plans to solve Peak periods.

The Regional OTR managers will coordinate performance improvements across the regions working closely with the internal stakeholders to implement best practice whilst putting the DSP experience at the heart of the solution. They will own the Regional OTR weekly business reports and will be required to work closely with the site Delivery Station Managers and Delivery Ops as a trusted partner helping site operations improve customer experience.

The Regional OTR managers will work in partnership with their regional Business Coach(es) to support the growth of DSPs within their stations and be proactive in identifying issues and supporting the DSPs and removing blockers so DSPs can achieve their full potential.

The Regional OTR manger will be required to work flexibly and will be required to travel between multiple sites weekly to work with site leadership to carry out their role effectively. The role is field based aligned to up to 6 Last Mile Delivery Stations plus associated nodes so the role requires a significant level of travel.

Key job responsibilities

Safety : Working with OTR safety and site operations to deliver regional safety metrics

Performance : Lead in OTR performance improvement across the region deliver weekly visibility of on-road performance for the region.

Experience : Create sustainable business practices that create a win-win culture between Operations and the DSPs

Cost : Working with site operations to ensure routing efficiency and best practice is followed

Capacity Management : Owns delivers and executes the regional resourcing plans (e.g. DA moves % changes capacity risk management) execution of the DA Ramp up and down plan

• Degree Qualification or equivalent
• Experience with planning performance metrics and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills (including local language and English written and verbal)
• Experience in managing projects and / or programs
• Strong analytical capability; track record of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems
