We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist!
We want you to :
Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales objectives and to increase CLV across customer lifecycle stages (e.g. lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, retention)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather, define, and deliver new business requirements
Identify relevant customer data and continuously improving the customer database for effective segmentation and personalized communication, while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
Analyze CRM campaign performance data to derive strategic insights for enhancing CRM strategies
Lead offline and online multi-channel campaign management for new customer acquisition (conquest activities) and ensuring consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints to foster customer loyalty
Oversee lead nurturing and developing lead management processes from conceptualization to implementation, including KPI definition and results monitoring
Lead customer data management efforts, including database segmentation and enhancing data quality within Salesforce
Report key lead management results up to the sales conversation rate and driving data cleansing projects as needed
Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality services that align with company requirement
Requirements :
University Degree (BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or other business-related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in a dynamic environment, e.g. consultancy, start-up or agency
Experience in sales and service management using Salesforce CRM
Salesforce certifications are a plus
Understanding of sales process and procedures
Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and team player
Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
