Role Overview :
Position : Customer Service Advisor
Location : Porto
Languages : German (Native) English (B2)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking merchants via phone email chat and social media platforms.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes to maximize merchant satisfaction.
Candidate Profile :
Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferred.Proficiency in using technology (smartphones tablets computers) with ease.Fluent in German (native level) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 level).Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient and customercentric approach.Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and persistent attitude.Organized capable of maintaining composure in highpressure situations.Training and Benefits :
Training : 30day program Monday to Friday 08 : 00 17 : 00.Training Salary : Approximately 660 EUR net (subject to conditions).Salary 22 978 EUR gross annually including :Base Salary : 1271 EUR / month x 14 (gross) 17 794 EUR / year
