Your mission :

As a Product Designer at enmacc you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for features of all scales. Your core mission is to transform complex energy trading workflows into intuitive high-performance digital tools. You will lead the complete design lifecyclefrom conducting deep-dive research to delivering high-fidelity production-ready designs.

Working within a highly collaborative cross-functional team you will proactively drive data-backed design decisions and maintain a sharp focus on this role you wont just follow a roadmap; you will actively help shape the future of energy trading by bridging the gap between user needs and technical implementation.

What youll do :

• Product design : Design digital solutions (software) that address both user needs and business objectives.
• AI Integration : Effectively use AI tools to speed up your workflow and improve the quality of your output.
• Independent Research & Design : Conduct research to understand the energy trading industry and translate complex workflows into intuitive high-value designs.
• End-to-End Ownership : Work closely with Product & Engineering to own the design process for specific features ensuring solutions are scalable and modular.
• Usability & Iteration : Proactively identify align and fix usability issues in the enmacc interface to improve the overall user experience.
• Reliable Execution : Ensure high-quality on-time delivery of design assets and take full responsibility for the QA of your designs during the development phase.
• Informed Design Decisions : use a based-on-data train of thought to provide design solutions to business and user problems
• Design System Contribution : Actively contribute to and expand our Design System ensuring your work aligns with and improves existing patterns.
• Stakeholder Communication : Clearly articulate design decisions and the why behind your solutions to the team and internal stakeholders.
