For our client, a German subsidiary of an outstanding public company from China in the field of new energy (group of more than 7,000 employees). We are looking for a HR Specialist (full-time job).
Qualifications and knowledge :
- Previous experience in a human resources role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
- Fluent in English and German
Duties and responsibilities :
Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all HR matters.Utilize Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage employee data and track performance management.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.Conduct development planning for employees and assess training needs to ensure career growth and skill enhancement.Support and collaborate with management on employee relations issues and provide guidance as needed.Prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor relations and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.What could be offered
