B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team.

This is a full-time fully remote role , contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment , offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets

Requirements

  • Native-level German (mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

    • What We Offer

  • Full-time contract , Monday–Friday (09 : 00–18 : 00)
  • Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)
  • Gross monthly base salary : 4,300 BGN
  • Target bonus : 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
  • International working environment and long-term career opportunities
  • Relocation support (optional) , including :

    • Help finding accommodation

  • 10 days or more of apartment paid by the company
  • Possibility of first salary advance if needed
  • Fully furnished apartments of minimum 60 sqm available from approx. 200 € / month
