Product Owner (m / f / d)

Product Backlog Management includes :

• Clearly formulating the product backlog entries.
• Sorting the entries in the product backlog in such a way that goals and missions can be optimally achieved.
• Optimizing the value of the work that the development team does.
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all and shows what the Scrum team will work on next; and
• Ensure that the development team understands the product backlog entries to the required extent.
• He / she is the interface to stakeholders such as the "end customer". He / she makes sure that they are always informed about the progress of the project. He / she therefore works very closely with "end customers" as well as with the development team.

Aufgaben

• Acts as a contact person and integration for the customer journey. The product owner is always an individual person, not a committee. Although he / she can reflect the wishes of a committee in the product backlog, those who wish to change the priority of a product backlog entry must contact the product owner.
• Responsible for orchestrating product visions / roadmaps. Defines, plans and steers multi-product scrum team delivery and ensures harmonization and leverages synergies.

Qualifikation

• Above average education Work experience, comprehensive consulting experience of up to 4-6 years
• Very good conceptional, professional and structuring competencies
• Excellent command of German and English language in both written and spoken language as well as business fluent in local language if required
• Relevant skill in product development
