As a  Digital Strategy & Web Performance Specialist , you will spearhead our digital transformation and elevate our brand positioning in the premium lifestyle space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven digital strategy, managing our WordPress ecosystem, analyzing performance metrics to guide decision-making, and creating compelling content that drives meaningful traffic and engagement across all digital channels.

Your Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Website Management :

  • Design and implement a comprehensive digital strategy with measurable KPIs to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversion
  • Oversee our WordPress website ecosystem, providing strategic guidance on optimization, functionality, and content structure
  • Work effectively with technical teams by understanding WordPress capabilities and limitations
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive qualified traffic to our website from social media and other digital channels
  • Implement technical SEO best practices and content optimization to improve organic search rankings
  • Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities

Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making :

  • Set up and maintain robust analytics tracking across all digital platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Create comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights
  • Use data to refine targeting strategies and optimize content distribution
  • Develop attribution models to understand the customer journey and optimize the marketing funnel
  • Digital Content Coordination :

  • Work closely with our team of journalists to develop and execute a cohesive digital content strategy aligned with analytics insights
  • Coordinate content planning across platforms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Oversee content calendars and publication schedules for digital channels
  • Provide editorial guidance and feedback to enhance digital content performance
  • Content Creation & Storytelling :

  • Create engaging written content including articles, blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice
  • Develop and produce original and impactful multimedia content for our social networks and website
  • Write compelling newsletters, feature articles, and various editorial materials in line with our editorial guidelines
  • Design attractive visuals and multimedia content tailored to our audience (stories, reels, animated posts, short videos, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing & Monetization :

  • Develop and implement effective monetization strategies for our digital platforms
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Develop effective retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors
  • Identify and implement innovative monetization opportunities for our digital content
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership :

  • Act as the bridge between editorial, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless content flow
  • Facilitate regular content planning meetings and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide digital best practices guidance to the broader content team
  • Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution across channels
  • Brand Development & Client Relations :

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored content strategies
  • Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and advertising opportunities
  • Present campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service
  • Audience Development & Segmentation :

  • Identify and analyze key audience demographics and psychographics to refine targeting strategies
  • Craft messages that appeal to discerning consumers in the culinary, design, and lifestyle sectors
  • Develop content that captures the attention of high-value market segments
  • Implement thoughtful audience targeting techniques across digital platforms
  • Required Profile

    Technical Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, journalism, communication, or similar field
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress ecosystems, including understanding site architecture, plugin functionality, and the implications of technical implementation choices
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) with the ability to derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics data into strategic content and marketing decisions
  • Experience optimizing websites for both user experience and conversion rate optimization
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital content strategy
  • Expert knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEA (Search Engine Advertising), and SMO (Social Media Optimization) principles and strategies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing skills and creative content development
  • Experience in digital marketing and SEO optimization
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools : Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of content creation tools : Canva, CapCut, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms and analytics tools
  • Understanding of consumer segmentation and audience targeting methodologies
  • Required Languages :

  • Proficiency in at least two of the following languages is required : German, French, and English (both written and spoken)
  • Mastery of all three languages (German, French, English) is ideal
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish is a significant asset
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in the required languages to produce compelling content and coordinate effectively with team members and partners
