YOUR MISSION : Strategic Governance & Growth

As a core member of our legal team, you will act as a business partner across several key areas :

• Corporate & Commercial Law : Provide ongoing legal advisory on commercial matters and complex economic challenges.
• Transaction Management : Assist in the execution of major transactions, group-wide projects, and structural corporate changes.
• Corporate Housekeeping : Ensure the integrity of our corporate structures by managing legal registers (transparency, commercial, etc.).
• Executive Support : Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft formal minutes, and prepare decision-making templates for senior management.
