Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Manager , your will :

Manage and nurture relationships with Corporate and VIP customers across Europe.

Support the customer onboarding process , ensuring smooth integration, particularly for corporate clients.

Oversee daily operational tasks related to customer account management and support.

Assist the Head of Business and Customer Operations in organizing and streamlining team activities.

Analyze and improve internal procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to support regulatory and financial projects.

Plan and execute projects related to business operations and customer experience .

Draft and contribute to social media posts and articles to enhance brand visibility.

Your Profile

As a Client Relationship Manager , your profile is described as follows :

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background.

Experience working (minimum 5 years) with high-profile clients and corporate accounts .

Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel ; SQL knowledge is a plus .

Experience in writing procedures and improving operational workflows.

A disciplined team player with strong organizational skills.

Prior experience in a financial institution is an advantage.

A genuine interest or background in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is highly desirable.

Languages : Fluent in English and French ; German is a plus .
