  • As finance manager you are responsible for timely issuance amendment and discharge of bank guarantees.
  • You drive continuous improvement harmonization and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and optimize the intercompany funding structures and capital allocation
  • Furthermore you take over the management and negotiation of contracts with banks.
  • You support operational units in guarantee creation and management and give guidance for legal entities regarding intercompany financing.

    • Qualifications :

    • Education : Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and / or Finance with a focus on accounting
    • Work Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience in treasury or finance preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury finance or risk management roles preferably in complex organizational environments
    • Personality and Working Practice : strong communicator strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent responsible process and performanceorientated analytical as well as structured working method
    • Languages : excellent written and spoken English and German language skills other language skills beneficial
