What Youll Be Doing :

Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals

Requirements :

(C2) German and excellent English communication skills

3-5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role including payroll in Germany

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a structured compliant environment

Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations
