After intense product & processes training on the manufacturing sites (Spain and Germany) :
- Work with Product Manager on product management and development activities, including contributing to the strategic roadmap of the product line (next generation, sustainability, recyclability, ...)
- Offer the sales team the required technical knowledge that will assist them in selling our product line, and address product related inquiries from Sales & Customers in accurate and timely manner
- Assist Sales in qualifying new product opportunities at Customers' sites, owning each step of the sampling process, and acting as the project leader with the respective plants for a streamlined and smooth execution throughout (from defining trials, planning, manufacturing to testing at customer's location)
- Act as a contact point for all subjects related to the portfolio, in strong collaboration with internal departments (Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, Customer Service, R&D, ...) to build alignment on the priorities for the product line, which includes being a strong contributor for planning & executing manufacturing trials in the plant for new product development
- Maintain close connection with Sales team to gather & evaluate Customer's feedback to current portfolio and identify market trends, competitive news an possible development needs

As a member of the Product Management team, reporting to the Product Manager, Laid Scrim & TwinFab, the Junior Product Manager acts as an essential liaison between the needs of our customers and our manufacturing plants.
Your initial base will be in Neustadt an der Donau with 120 employees within the total 4.300 of ADFORS.
