As HomeToGo’s Guest Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy travelers around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects that aim at improving guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team that drives the voices of our guests forward.
How you’ll add value :
- The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms, including phone and email.
- During your first month, you will :
- Get to know our company, our team and our product thoroughly
- Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role
- Within the first 60 days, you will support the Customer Experience team to improve our day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions.
- At all times, you will aim to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
- After 6 months in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities. You will be able to participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to continually evolve our products and pave the way for your development and growth at HomeToGo.
You’ll be successful in this role if you :
Have a true passion to provide amazing guest experiencesHave strong writing and speaking skills in German and EnglishAre an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skillsAre proactive, eager to learn and to execute innovative ideasLove working with people andHave experience in the travel industry is a plusNote : We operate a rolling recruitment approach - no deadlines, just opportunities.
