About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and deliver diverse consultancy assignments within offshore wind and broader renewable energy projects. In this role, you will act as project manager, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget. You will also play a key part in growing internal capabilities by mentoring colleagues and contributing to business development through your industry network.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical due diligence (TDD) and lender’s technical advisory (LTA) projects across various phases including development, feasibility, procurement, construction, and operations & maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate teams of engineers and consultants to ensure project milestones and deliverables meet client expectations.
• Review employer’s requirements and lead work packages related to project development and due diligence.
• Prepare and submit tenders and proposals independently in collaboration with department leadership.
• Maintain consistent technical excellence and quality assurance across all deliverables.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Monitor relevant industry and regulatory changes and advise on their potential impact.
