Automation as a Service

Automation as a Service is a group specifically targeted at delivering digital products focused on delivering solutions in low-friction and easily consumable manner that benefits clients and operations for whom banking is not their core business but a service that they require. These offerings will deliver digital interfaces and capabilities to both internal and external clients to ensure a low-touch low-friction low-complexity approach.

You will have the opportunity to influence the design of complex platforms from “Day One” and help lead the teams to expand upon our platform to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow : providing automation solutions, building out components of our single-user interface portal our key-stone technology platform that is both internal and external client-facing. Our team is tasked with transforming the Corporate Bank on a distinctive portfolio of work introducing green-field technology and responsibilities that include transforming operational teams.

As a Senior Business Functional Analyst (f / m / x), you will have improve the business processes and their implementation of a fast paced, high-impact global technology organisation. Your key responsibilities

Conduct interviews and workshops with business as well as technical Subject Matter Experts to document the status quo of processes and their implementation

Identify pain points and optimization potential and defined corresponding business requirements

Defines the target state for a simplified and optimized process landscape and support the development of a corresponding solution architecture

Defined technical requirements, epics and user stories for the agile development teams and steer their implementation efforts

Participate first hands in production triage with the business and in production failures investigation

Maintain documentation artifacts for the team and act as business SME for the engineers

Work on various types of reports for the business

Your skills and experiences

Strong experience in requirements definition, management and change process in big fintech projects of enterprise software development and integration

Strong knowledge in process modeling using BPMN or similar notations

Good presentation and communication skills

Understanding of core enterprise software concepts : messaging, resiliency, fault-tolerance, availability, scalability etc
