Area of responsibilities :

As part of PMO team you play essential role in structuring, and implementing a robust portfolio-project management reporting framework with meaningful KPIs
Develop insightful dashboards and reports that enhance visibility within our Product Development organization and support key decision-making
Proactively analyze, refine, and maintain Product Development processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
Contribute to the refinement and ongoing advancement of our Project Management tools, ensuring they meet evolving business needs
Serve as a strategic liaison between departments, working closely with line and senior management to foster alignment and efficiency
Take ownership of small-scale projects, supporting Project Managers while deepening your understanding of technical product development
Work alongside the Head of PMO to improve tools, methodologies, and procedures that elevate CYBEX’s Product Development capabilities
Play a key role in establishing and refining an efficient, future-ready working framework for the PMO team

Profile of qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or a related field

Proven experience in project reporting and dashboard creation, with a strong ability to generate actionable insights for project transparency

Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI and database structures is a plus

Background in process improvement and technical project management; PMO experience is an advantage

A structured, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset with a drive to challenge and optimize processes

Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to present ideas effectively, engage stakeholders, and lead change with confidence

A self-motivated, team-oriented, hands-on professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
