About the Role : This is a full-time role that requires the ability to plan, multi-task, and follow through on assigned tasks.

Join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team at AVASO, supporting field support and proposal recruitment in Netherlands.
We are looking for a dedicated professional to take a lead role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical hiring.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process for technical positions in entire Europe building a pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Pre-screen candidates according to hiring requests.
- Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough pre-assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.
Professional Skills : Proven work experience in recruitment in Germany, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Should be Citizen or Expert in local language.
