Our values – what connects us Trust – Quality – Team Spirit – Responsibility – Impact Your Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end bid and proposal processes , from qualified opportunity through to submission and contract award, ensuring high-quality, compliant and compelling outcomes. • Define and execute winning bid strategies aligned with client needs, evaluation criteria and KPS’ strategic objectives to maximise win rates. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams , coordinating multi-disciplinary contributors and external partners throughout the bid lifecycle. • Develop persuasive, client-focused proposals and propositions , clearly articulating complex solutions and continuously strengthening KPS’ value messaging. • Drive commercial excellence and continuous improvement , leveraging market insights, post-bid reviews and AI-enabled tools to optimise quality, efficiency and competitiveness. What we are looking for • Proven consulting background with strong experience in bid management, tenders or proposal leadership within consulting, professional services or complex solution environments. • Demonstrated success in winning high-value B2B and B2C bids , ideally in digital transformation, SAP or enterprise technology contexts. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , able to translate complex consulting solutions into clear, persuasive value propositions for senior and C-level audiences. • Strong project and commercial acumen , capable of managing multiple bids under tight deadlines with a strategic, detail-oriented and results-driven approach. • Collaborative, resilient and analytical mindset , thriving in fast-paced consulting environments and confident working across international, cross-functional teams.
