Job Description

  • Project Management : Independently manage and oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
  • Strategic Support : Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Meeting Coordination : Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Confidential Information Management : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; intermediate proficiency in German is required.
  • Organizational Skills : Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Technical Proficiency : Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Personal Attributes : High level of integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility.
