TRAINEE FINANCE INTERNATIONAL IN GLOBAL CONTROLLING GROUP FUNCTIONS & DIVISIONAL FINANCE REPORTING GROUP FUNCTIONS (M/F/X)

Our Finance organization assumes key Finance responsibilities as a cross-sectional area of DHL Group. The Corporate Finance Departments hold key governing and global Finance responsibilities for the Group. The Divisional Finance organizations are dedicated to their respective division and manage the entire scope of Finance responsibilities.
We in Finance Group Functions are responsible for all finance matters at Global Business Services (GBS), Customer Solutions & Innovations (CSI) and Corporate Center (CC). We strive to keep all our Group Functions units financially fit. As their valued partner we provide excellent decision-making support by creating financial transparency, facilitating efficient solutions, and offering easy-to-use Finance services. You will get the opportunity for a deep insight into up to five different Finance Functions, e.g. Finance and ESG Reporting, Finance IT for Group Functions, ERP implementation Project SHAPE+, Controlling CC, GBS and CSI. At the end of the traineeship, we will jointly align the next steps for your career plan in DHL Group.

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor graduation before October 1st, 2026 in Economy
• Internships and/or first experiences (up to 3 years) in related areas of advantage; international experiences
• Fluent English skills
• Communicative team player with the ability to work self-responsibly
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented, thinking outside the box
