These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way.

Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Meet our Team :

Join our Finance Operations team as a Finance Operations Intern (m / f / d) in our Berlin office and work alongside experienced professionals. You will be a fundamental element to all revenue and costs processing topics, managing billing documents while working closely with a senior counterpart to help automate, document, and improve our processes.

Make an Impact by :

Support managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.

Manage communications with our internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze root cause problems if any data issues arise.

Support the finance team with projects : S / 4HANA & Process Optimization.

Process documents in our S / 4HANA, CRM SAP Sales Cloud and partly JIRA system.

Suggest changes and improvements to develop our financial operations.

Your Profile :

Very good written and verbal English. German proficiency is good to have but not necessary.

Able to start in our office in Berlin for a duration from 6 to 12 months.

Ability to use Microsoft Excel effectively : Formatting, functions, and tools such as pivot tables.

Previous experience in operational accounting or a role managing financial transactions is beneficial.

Previous experience with S / 4HANA / SAP, CRM SAP Sales Cloud, or similar systems is advantageous.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, hands-on mentality.

Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skill set with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate.

Optional / Plus : Knowledge of operations optimization, database querying (SQL, Big Query, Snowflake), Python programming, or automation skills.
