At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance futuretherapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do : Drivetargeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Costand Innovation) that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and / or DailyManagement (DM) by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and thechange management process at DasselAssist Dassel company Leadershipin the development of a DBS RoadmapDirectly provide formal andinformal DBS training and coachingFacilitate other DBS trainingsessions when appropriate (other trainers and consultants fromDanaher, Shingijutsu or other) and be an active Leader in PD andDaily Management reviewsEnsure successful kaizen events byinstalling and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes;(1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PDand Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and (3) sustainment ofkaizens).Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impedimentsand other wastes throughout the business, and provide expertcounsel on appropriate DBS tools to eliminate themPromote andfacilitate associate development in various DBS tools and kaizenleadershipWho you are : BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineeringrequired; Master’s Degree preferred with at least 5 years of workexperienceAbility to accurately assess key business metrics andsituations from a “general manager’s” point of viewMastery of avariety of DBS tools (either Lean or Growth related DBS Tools,depending on areas(s) they support)Demonstrated leadershipcapabilitiesAbility to inform, convince, and persuade others toaction on DBS and key initiatives Fluent in English and GermanItwould be a plus if you are also experienced : Preferably proven trackrecord of successful project management Benefits : Standard pay witha 40-hour week as well as Incentive compensation bonus​Numerousbenefits such as a fitness allowance, accident insurance, companypension scheme and capital-forming benefits ​Health care such aspreventive medical check-ups ​Opportunities for professionaldevelopment International Corporate environment in a rapidlygrowing industryAt Danaher we bring together science, technologyand operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact oftomorrow’s science and technology.
