Product Owner

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global air logistics carriers and internal stakeholders to collect and document detailed requirements for IT systems.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs technical feasibility and project impact.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the IT development team and air logistics carriers ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed of project progress and changes.
  • Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and integrate new technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative community among air logistics carriers IT professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead workshops webinars and networking events to build strong relationships and share best practices.
  • Oversee the development testing and deployment of IT solutions related to air logistics coordination.
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Track the performance of implemented solutions and gather feedback from users to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status outcomes and key performance indicators.

Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Logistics or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. Long working experiences is worth even more.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the IT or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of air logistics operations and logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering process optimization and project management.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
  • Ability to work effectively in a global crossfunctional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
