As a Key Account Manager Automotive Industry (m / f / x) you will focus on building and maintaining longterm relationships with our key clients in the automotive sector. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for cloud solutions AI applications and managed services ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for our automotive clients developing and maintaining trusted partnerships.
- Client Needs Assessment : Understand client challenges and needs proposing tailored solutions that combine cloud AI and nearshore capabilities.
- Solution Selling : Communicate the value of Devoteams offerings including cloud infrastructure application modernization cybersecurity data analytics and nearshore services.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our presence and revenue within key accounts.
- Nearshore Expertise : Advocate for and leverage nearshore delivery models to provide costeffective highquality solutions for clients.
- Proposal Management : Develop detailed proposals and deliver presentations to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure highquality delivery.
- Market Insights : Monitor trends in cloud technologies nearshore services and the automotive industry to anticipate client needs and adapt strategies.
- Performance Tracking : Achieve and exceed accountspecific sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications :
Experience : min. 57 years in account management or IT solution sales with a strong focus on cloud technologies managed services and nearshore delivery models .Industry Expertise : Knowledge of the automotive sector specifically in working with major clients in the Stuttgart Area.Nearshore Knowledge : Proven experience in selling or managing nearshore delivery services to optimize client outcomes.Cloud Expertise : Familiarity with AWS Azure and Google Cloud as well as managed service concepts.ClientCentric Approach : Proven ability to build and sustain longterm client relationships.Languages : Fluent in German and English ; additional languages are an advantage.Skills : Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.Additional Information :
