Your responsibilities :

  • Overall responsibility for the global economic development and strategic direction of the Business Unit
  • Responsible for key disciplines such as Sales, Order Processing and Engineering, Business Development, and Technology
  • Driving the continuous growth and strategic expansion of the Business Unit
  • Strategic management of core processes within the Business Unit and its relevant subsidiaries
  • Close collaboration with the executive board and management teams to successfully implement corporate strategies
  • Driving sustainable efficiency improvements and ensuring long-term competitiveness
  • Initiating and implementing organizational, personnel, and investment-related projects

Your profile :

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
  • Extensive international experience in (special-purpose) machinery or plant engineering, ideally in mechanical process engineering
  • Proven leadership experience in a technical industry with a turnover of €100-200 million, including comprehensive management and strategic responsibility
  • Expertise in KPI-driven business management, including annual planning, strategy development, and implementation
  • Track record in process and cost optimization, product portfolio development, and market expansion
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Result-driven, strong implementation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in transformation and change management, combined with a motivating and inspiring leadership style
