Deine Rolle
Als Operations Specialist (w / m / d) im Bereich Seefracht Import übernimmst du die Verantwortung für qualitativ hochwertige Transportabwicklungen, umfangreiche Kundenservices und eine große Kundenzufriedenheit.
Du wirst
- unsere Kund : innen bezüglich des gesamten Logistikprozesses betreuen und beraten
- Shipments von der Buchung bis zur Rechnungsstellung managen
- die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit wichtigen Partner : innen (Zoll, Reeder, etc.) durchführen
- manuelle Quotierungen vorbereiten und dokumentieren
- die Qualität der Kundenprozesse u.a. auf Basis von Datenanalysen sichern und verbessern
Das bringst du mit
praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Seefracht Importeine sehr datenorientierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweiseverhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisseexzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiteneinen hohen Grad an Motivation und die Fähigkeit , in einem dynamischen Umfeld und anspruchsvollen Team zu arbeitenein proaktives Arbeitsverständnis und analytische FähigkeitenForto is an internationally growing company
