Tasks

Optimization of customer support using chatbots and other tools

Handling customer inquiries in 1st level support via Zendesk

Analyzing error patterns based on log files and customer data

Documenting recurring issues and supporting error identification

Close collaboration with our development team to improve our products

Requirements

Experience in technical customer support or strong technical affinity

Ability to analyze technical issues in a structured manner

Confident use of digital tools ideally experience with Zendesk

Good written German skills or excellent English skills

Independent detailoriented and solutionfocused way of working from home
