StellenbeschreibungSupport all maintenance activities for the product in order to ensure stable operations of the product Provide sufficient information for all development team members to fulfill their responsibilities Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously Ensure sufficient communication with all necessary stakeholders Control and report statistics regularly to all necessary stakeholders First escalation point for stakeholders in case of irregularities with incidents and respective SLAs Manage major incidents Budget management and financial forecasting for operations Support people lead in resource management for development team Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min.
