We’ve partnered with a leading financial services organisation, to find an IT Compliance Manager who will play a key role in supporting engineering teams to build systems that are secure, stable, and compliant with industry regulations.

Your Role :

As IT Compliance Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding engineers to implement best practices while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks like DORA, BAIT, MaRisk, and ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting compliance implementation by facilitating technical understanding of regulatory standards.
  • Integrating resilience measures into systems and processes for operational stability.
  • Collaborating with engineering and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Mitigating risks and addressing vulnerabilities during system development or operations.
  • Maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting incident resolution requiring technical compliance expertise.

Ideal Experience :

  • Advanced expertise in ICT systems engineering and operational resilience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BAIT, MaRisk, DORA, ISO 27001).
  • Proven track record of implementing technical controls in regulated industries.
  • Experience working with engineering and compliance teams to balance innovation with regulatory adherence.
  • Strong documentation skills to maintain transparency and audit readiness.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with problem-solving expertise.
