Project Administrator - Pharmaceuticals - 12 months - Berlin

We're representing a top-tier global pharmaceutical company situated in Berlin. With significant capital investment and numerous ongoing projects, our client seeks a skilled Project Administrator to strengthen their team.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • Administrative support to Senior Management & Project team.
  • Office Management (managing facilities / office set up, travel plans and logistics)
  • Preparation of agenda’s, reports, presentations & minute taking.
  • Maintain project distribution lists & Org Charts.
  • Management of meeting room & catering requirements (on / off site)
  • Coordination of Executive site visits & onsite / off site team events
  • Set up & Maintain SharePoint
  • Act as the point of contact for project team member.
  • General ad hoc project administration tasks.
  • Ensure that information fed into the design from vendors is correctly utilised.
