As a crucial member of our team your technical and sales abilities will drive effective product presentations and demonstrations for pre- and post-sale engagements. Your role doesnt stop there : youll be involved at every stage of the process from demand generation activities with events like Sapphire to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions.

Heres a glimpse of your daily responsibilities :

• Deal Support : You are the expert! You understand the customer you know the processes and you can map the values our software generates to the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing. You support our customers byleading discussions and workshops explaining presenting and demonstrating our solutions and the value for the customer in sales cycles or to reiterate the value at existing customers.
• Demand Generation : Build and strengthen links with SAPs global and local structure. Creating content to inspire our customers.
• Expansion and Adoption : Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries. Knowledge : Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions with a special focus on SAP Sales & Service.
• Advisory and Collaboration : Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues and share your knowledge.
• Constant Learning : The software industry is constantly changing and this requires constant learning of new technologies and processes.
• Travel : Prepare to travel around Germany and MEE and explore new business places an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth!
