Human Resources Officer specialised in Compensation, Benefits and People Administration

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer specialised in Compensation, Benefits and People Administration, between 4 and 6 years’ experience, to join our HR team. (Gestionnaire en Ressources Humaines spécialisé en rémunération, avantages sociaux et administration du personnel)
Your Mission :
You will be part of our HR Team which provides a top-quality support service to the firm in the full range of HR functions, supporting and advising its members on all strategic and operational HR aspects, through close and caring relationships.
Within our Human Resources department, you will work in tandem with our HR manager, acting as a key reference person on payroll and benefits topics as well as people administration. Your role notably includes :
- Collaborating with our external providers to process the monthly payroll of the firm in a timely and accurate manner (giving instructions, control payslips, analyse and explain discrepancies)
- Manage and contribute to the continuous improvement of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, lunch card, sympass card)
- Ensure smooth collaboration with external organisations (CCSS, ITM, ADEM, Luxembourg Bar, cross-border institutions relating to telework) and internal departments of the firm to manage people administration properly
- Deal with all types of time and absences requests (paid leave, maternity and parental leave, sickness, exceptional leave, flexitime)
- Prepare and process HR documents (such as employment contracts, contracts amendments, employment certificates)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats and provide the necessary related reports
- Draft and distribute some HR internal communications
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives in line with business requirements

A Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similarA minimum of 4 years’ experience in the relevant field with a proven track record in processing monthly payrollKnowledge of social security and labour law and their application in LuxembourgA wish to develop your expertise, to a certain extent, to talent management areaAbility to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firmOutstanding ethics, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationHighly numerate with exemplary attention to detail and accuracyFlexible, autonomous with great team-player abilitiesExcellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure within tight deadlinesFluency in English and French are mandatory in both written and spokenGood skills in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)In addition, our new ideal colleague :
