Für unseren Kunden aus dem Produktionsumfeld sind wir aktuell in der Nähe von Dortmund auf der Suche nach einem Subject Matter Experten rund um die Themen People Analytics, Workforce Planning und HR-Controlling .
Deine Herausforderung :
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen People Analytics-Strategie
- Sammlung, Analyse und Interpretation von HR-Daten
- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Berichten und Dashboards
- Kommunikation von People Analytics-Erkenntnissen an Stakeholder (u.a. direct report an CHRO)
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Programmen auf Basis von Daten
- Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
- Mitgestaltung der HR-Zukunft durch innovative People Analytics-Lösungen
Das bringst du mit :
- Masterabschluss in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich People Analytics
- Tiefe Expertise in Datenanalysetechniken und -tools
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- wie Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
