About the role...
Reporting to the Committee's President, you will carry out the following legal and administrative tasks :
- Processing, verifying, preparing, and monitoring appeal files in compliance with the legal and regulatory frameworks
- Drafting decisions and official correspondence, and preparing meeting minutes
- Conducting legal research
- Filing and archiving processed cases
- Coordinating the Committee's activities with the President, as well as training and supporting its members
- Acting as an interface with stakeholders involved in appeals, including students, the rectorate, course directors, and / or other university departments, particularly the Student Department
- Serving as the point of contact for the University community on matters related to the committee
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes linked to the Committee's activities
- Handling occasional administrative tasks (e.g., organizing meetings)
- Performing any other task assigned by the President
Your profile...
