Position Overview :
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and live chat.
Your main goal will be to provide quick and efficient resolutions, ensuring customers receive the best possible service experience.

Key Requirements :
- Language Skills : Must be fluent in German (native level) and possess strong English skills (C1 level).

- Technical Competence : Strong computer skills are required, with an ECDL certificate being an added advantage.
- Work Flexibility : Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Eligibility : Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malta, which includes holding a valid EU ID or residence card.
