Executive Assistant Job Description Location : Germany Start Date : 04 June 2025 Pay Rate : 35.00 Per Hour Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our team in the renewable energy sector in Germany. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for sustainability and clean energy. Responsibilities : Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items Handle confidential information with discretion Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents Required Skills and Experience : Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Knowledge of renewable energy industry is a plus
