As an internal service provider, the IT&GIS department supports the specialist departments in taking on requirements and finding creative solutions, be it for reliable IT infrastructure, process-oriented software and data provision, the precise delivery of geodata and solutions or accurate user support.

We need more creative people like you to continue developing and supporting our international digitalization projects efficiently in the future.

Your passion - you...

• support in daily ticket support (1st and 2nd level for networks and IT security)
• prepare and implement IT changes in operations
• take on day-to-day network and IT security tasks, such as monitoring and evaluating the monitoring systems
• maintain and update the systems and infrastructure components
• document the existing systems, including routine work
• work on the implementation of IT projects
• take on other tasks in the IT Infrastructure Operations team

Your qualification - You...

• are an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification
• have several years of professional experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment, both on-premise and in the M365 Cloud
• are very familiar with virtualization technologies
• have good knowledge of network infrastructures (switches, VLAN, WLAN etc.)
• administer firewalls and security solutions in daily operations
• have a good command of written and spoken English
• work in a solution-oriented, independent and structured manner and enjoy working in a team
• ideally have experience in a larger infrastructure in a global context
