Dig intocustomer problems! Engage in Product Discovery tounderstand pain points, needs and opportunities. You advocate forthe customer at every stage of the product development process. Youbridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working ina Trio with Product Design and Product Engineering to come up withinnovative solution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base todiscuss and validate ideas. Along with the Product Designer,conduct user research and test and identify new user needs, trendsand areas forinnovation.

Transform our productstrategy into user adoption and business impact! Create a plan to drive impact for your product area and align itwith the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand thecompetitive landscape and industry dynamics to ensure you and yourteam are “building the right solutions”. Collaborate with Sales,Marketing, Growth, Management and other stakeholders to ensurealignment and execution of thestrategy.

Support efficientdelivery! Own the quarterly objectives to make surewe focus on the most impactful initiatives. Work closely with ouramazing Product Engineering teams using agile methodologies tofacilitate the timely and efficient delivery of product featuresand enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog,address challenges and roadblocks swiftly. Measure the success andcontinuously improve andinnovate.

Make data-informeddecisions! Incorporate data, research, and marketanalysis into your planning and dailywork.

Be anEvangelist! Serve as the internal and externalchampion for your product area, representing its value propositionand unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams areaware of the most relevant value-adding features andfunctionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers tobuild relationships and stay ahead of markettrends.

To succeed inthis role :

You have at least 3 years(Senior at least 5 years) of experience working as a ProductManager, preferably in a B2B SaaSenvironment.

You have a track record ofshipping customer value that translates into business value,working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achievedefined milestones.

You demonstrate naturalleadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead yourProduct team and key stakeholders to desired outcomes, ensuringeveryone is part of the journey.

You haveexcellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy workingwith people from diverse backgrounds.

You havea mindset of creativity, curiosity, and willingness togrow.

You are an analyst at heart and enjoyfinding a simple solution to a complexproblem.

Fluent English language skills, Germanlanguage is a bigplus.
