In our team, you will provide support, develop solutions, and contribute to the monitoring, control, and planning activities for the European Columbus Module of the International Space Station (ISS) . This includes working closely with the ESA Flight Control Team (FCT) at the Columbus Control Centre (Col-CC) in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany, alongside roles such as the Flight Director (FD), STRATOS for system operations, and EPIC / COMET for mission planning.
This position is responsible for the following on-orbit operations of the Columbus Module for the ISS :
