Employee eFile / DMS implementation (m / f / d)

We are looking for applicants who can tackle the diverse tasks and extraordinary challenges at a university with a great deal of commitment and motivation and who can maintain an overview even in stressful situations.

Your tasks :

• You will be responsible for the administration, configuration and further development of the document management system d.velop d.3.
• You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and optimizing filing structures, file plans and hierarchies.
• You will also develop authorization structures, role and rights concepts and user groups and ensure their implementation and maintenance.
• You analyze the requirements from the specialist departments and provide expert advice to ensure that business processes are optimally mapped in the DMS.
• The implementation of workflows, metadata models, rules and automation options are also part of your area of activity.
• You are responsible for quality assurance, carry out tests, document results and work continuously on optimizing the DMS environment.
• Your role involves working closely with internal IT teams and the data protection and occupational safety departments.
• You will also be responsible for user support for d.3 and provide technical support for updates, migrations and system expansions.

Our requirements :

General information about the position :

The place of work is Lippstadt. Home office arrangements are in place at the university. The permanent full-time position is to be filled at the earliest possible date. Depending on the tasks assigned and fulfillment of the personal requirements, the position will be graded up to pay group 11 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L).

In principle, positions can also be filled on a part-time basis, provided there are no official reasons to the contrary in individual cases. The university has set itself the goal of promoting the professional future of women and expressly encourages suitably qualified women to apply. Severely disabled persons will be given priority if equally qualified.
