P&O is a global team of over 20 HR professionals focused on advancing HR. Our roles include HR Business Partners, People & Service Partners, and Learning & Development experts.
In your role, you’ll serve as the on-site HR representative, managing all operational HR matters for approximately 160 employees. We trust you to handle this responsibility with a high degree of ownership and independence. This role is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with an unlimited contract. It can start as soon as the candidate is available.

Location-independency & and flexibility stay with us :
This part-time hybrid role offers flexibility : You can work from home and also enjoy being on-site at our Ismaning location for two days a week. Your on-site presence ensures local employees have a go-to HR contact and that contract matters are handled smoothly.
Structured Onboarding : you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal
Set-up : for this we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, notebook, headset, mobile phone, mouse + keyboard)
