For our Marketing department within General Services , we are looking for a (an) :

Marketing Officer (m / f / x)

Main Duties  :

• Participate in the implementation of the marketing plan aimed at achieving the objectives of a specific service.
• Proactively organize events, activities with media, sponsorship, and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with the Communication and Sales teams to enhance the impact of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the budget of the marketing department is respected and that the back-office actions follow the department activity.
• Analyse the results of the marketing actions to refine future strategies and maximize the impacts.

Ensure

the backup of the Marketing Managers when needed.

Profil :

Minimum required criteria

Provide a university degree in Marketing or Communication and / or a

proven experience on a similar position.

Be able to work in

autonomy and in a team.

Show excellent communication skills in English, French and / or German

(spoken and written).

Be familiar with

current IT office and Marketing tools.

Desired or to be acquired criteria

Refer to the training

table.

Provide an

effort in the undeveloped language and have some knowledge of Luxembourgish.

Show good negotiation

skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrate good

interpersonal skills, creativity and be able to take initiatives.

The ideal candidate

Knowledge of Luxemburgish, German or any other language is considered

as asset.
