We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a global customer support team serving an international client. Multiple start dates are available and we offer remote work within Greece and a full relocation package for candidates coming from abroad.
Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent service experience.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Supporting customers via phone email and chat
Handling inquiries related to orders accounts payments deliveries and technical issues
Providing clear accurate and professional solutions
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Escalating complex cases when needed
Working in an international fast-paced environment

Requirements
Native or fluent level in one of the required languages (C1 / C2)

Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
EU passport or valid EU work permit
Willingness to relocate to Greece (if based abroad)
