Now comes the next level : new international use cases new markets and new revenue streams.
Were looking for a New Business Development Manager (m / f / d) who wants to build something from zero : validate a new international use case win the first paying customers and turn early traction into a scalable gotomarket motion.
This role sits at the intersection of outbound sales market validation and GTM building . You will own the journey endtoend from first outreach to first closes and handover into our standard sales organization.
Your Mission.
This is not a classic handover role. You are responsible for creating momentum where none exists yet.
1) Build Pipeline & Validate the Market
- Identify and prioritize international target customers and partners for a new use case
- Run structured outbound (cold outreach followups qualification)
- Turn conversations into a healthy highquality pipeline
- Keep deals moving across multiple stakeholders with clear next steps
2) Discovery Value & Closing
Lead first discovery calls and deeply understand customer processes and decision logicTranslate pain points into a clear value proposition and business case for every prospectOwn opportunities from first contact to close (incl. objection handling and stakeholder management)Drive decisions pilots are a means to an end not the end3) GotoMarket & Pilot Success
Write individualized pitches and sharpen messaging based on real market feedbackDesign and guide pilot phases with clear success criteriaTurn pilots into reference wins and closedwon dealsSystematically document learnings to create repeatable GTM playbooks4) B2B2B Orchestration & Onsite Development

24 years of experience in sales business development consulting or another commercial customer-facing roleProven strength in outbound and opportunity ownership through to closingEntrepreneurial mindset : you move even when processes are not perfectHigh ownership : you take responsibility follow through and get things doneStrong closing mentality : you can move deals forward with clarity and persistenceBonus : experience with partner sales / B2B2B modelsFluent in English & preferably German (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel (1520% national & international)You are our perfect match if....
