The Client :
One of Europe’s leading private equity firms is seeking a proactive and motivated Team Assistant to join their busy Frankfurt office. You will be working alongside a diverse team, in a vital role which will be to support their Investment Professionals.
The Role :
- Complex calendar / diary management
- International travel arrangement planning often across time zones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with meeting preparations
- Managing administrative tasks
- Processing expenses
- Provide support during local events as required
- Maintain the appearance of the office, creating a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
- Collaborate with IT department for seamless technological operations
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality
The Candidate :
