Your tasks

Development and implementation of applications with a focus on AI-supported solutions (e.g. machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, RAG systems)

Design and programming of software modules using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, Java, .NETz, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Building and integrating data pipelines for the training and operation of AI models

Collaboration with data scientists and AI architects in the implementation of AI models in productive environments

Ensuring code quality, testability and performance through clean code, unit tests and automated tests

Carrying out error analyses, optimizations and further developments of existing applications

Documenting developments and results

Supporting the evaluation of new AI technologies and tools

Your profile

Completed studies in computer science or business informatics or an equivalent qualification acquired by other means

Professional experience in software development (e.g. Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)

Sound knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence (e.g. machine learning, NLP, generative AI)

Experience with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face or similar

Practical experience with RAG, especially in building pipelines to combine LLMs

Expertise in indexing, chunking strategies and semantic search

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks for the development of RAG-based applications is an advantage

Written and spoken German

Ability to work in a team and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration

Quality awareness and structured approach

Working time model : 35 hours / week
