Position
We are looking for a Boutique Manager who leads and develops our boutique in Munich, Oberpollinger . As the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in upholding Christian Dior Couture’s standards of excellence, driving sales, and ensuring the overall success of the Dusseldorf boutique. You will lead a team of passionate professionals, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the unique identity of Christian Dior in every aspect of the boutique's operations. Moreover, you closely collaborate with several teams like Buying, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR and Training to ensure Boutique development.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining a qualitative customer network, being an ambassador of the brand, coordinating in-store events and participating to local events outside the boutique
- Optimizing sales by attracting new customers, public relations, customer service, customer loyalty
- Closely monitoring sales reports and merchandise needs in order to ensure proper stock levels as well as overseeing the execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising
- Driving the activity by using KPI’s in order to reach the boutique targets
- Closely working with General Manager on sales, events, trunk-shows and team management and providing regular reports & analysis to take initiatives to increase the business
- Recruiting, training, coaching and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior
Profile
3+ years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in a managerial role within a retail team management roleQualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customersExperience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as experience working with KPIs and developing action plans based on themStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication skills, distinctive service consciousness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceA deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry as well as the retail environment, commercial mindset and business driven thinkingFluent in German and English, another language on top is a plusAdditional information
